Work was ok. There was the horrible atmosphere in the office again and I was actually getting quite annoyed with my colleague who clearly had some issue (in her head) with me. Came home, played a bit of Guitar Hero - did one more song, but the next 3 are all really hard. Think it will take me a while I can safely say one is possible - I have got quite far on it, but the other two Iapos;m sure are actually impossible using the controller - there are long stretches of notes that all overlap each other I go from green to red so fast. But I donapos;t think I can use the guitar controller for hard songs now. Iapos;d have to teach myself all the chords and work out how to play 5 keys with 4 fingers and all that...would set me back loads. Iapos;ll see...I really donapos;t see itapos;s possible though.

The internet at my house is entirely shot. Thus I have started to migrate to the Annapolis Library every day. They have free wireless.

Going here every day gives me a feeling similar to when I was starting my internship in NYC. I would wander around looking for coffee shops to find the apos;net in, and nothing had really been assigned to me at my internship. Either the coffee shops or sitting in an old dusty theatre day after day, not knowing what to do. So I chose to wander around for a good part of the day instead, the apartment where I slept being an hourapos;s Metro ride away. Eventually it picked up at the theatre, but those were strange times. I donapos;t think I quite realized how odd it was to wander from place to place every day. It was still pretty cold, so I felt sometimes like I was a homeless person.

Eventually, though, I met a lot of cool people and ended up writing a play. I donapos;t see much chance of that happening now, tho.

I want to take photos again. More on that later.

So far, today has been a hellhole. At first it was minor. I didnapos;t get a daily chance on my Gaia page. Not that big of a deal. Glitch in system, whatever. I didnapos;t really care, but it was like a apos;well, damn,,,,oh wellapos; kinda thing. ANYWAY....

It probably all started when I looked outside and saw the pouring rain. For 10 minutes, I searched high and low for my umbrella. I never found it. So i quickly gathered my stuff and ran to the bus stop in the rain. The bus seemed to be waiting for everyone, so I felt pretty good. I got to the door and....*SLAM* the bus drove off without me. By this time I was drenched. I waited in the bus stop, looking like a complete imbicle. Finally, a bus came and I was on my way to class. I got to class and I was the only WET person in the room. My hair is a mess. Gah I hope the rest of the day is better than this.
